Mike is a 1983 graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, Magna Cum Laude and has been admitted to practice in New York State as well as in Federal District Court since 1984. 

Mike concentrates his practice in representing Personal Injury victims as well as Civil Litigation involving Employment Contracts, Business Relationships and Insurance Claims.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is presently Vice President/President Elect of the Western Affiliate of NYSTLA. 

He is also a member of the Erie County Bar association where he serves on the Judiciary Committee.  Mike was formerly an adjunct professor at UB Law School for 12 years teaching Trial Technique.

Pam is a 1995 graduate of Capital University of Law in Columbus, Ohio and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1996.

Pam concentrates in Matrimonial and Family law and Wills and Estates. She is a member of the Erie County, New York State, and Erie County Women’s Bar Associations, the New York State Defenders Association, Western New York Matrimonial Trial Lawyers Association and the American Business Women’s Association of Western New York.

Pam was also named Outstanding Young Woman of America by the Outstanding Young American’s Association in 1997.

Jeff is a 1968 Graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law and started practicing with the firm in 1969 after serving in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. 

Jeff’s primary focus is on Securities matters representing both individuals who are victims of fraudulent or negligent securities management and brokers who are charged with violations of securities laws. 

He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and acts as an arbitrator for the National association of Securities Dealers and NY Stock Exchange.
